Doesn’t remove gel
Unfortunately this has a very hard time removing gel polish. I follow the removal instructions provided but the polish just won’t come off, I often end up filing or peeling it off instead.

Hi Rebecca,

We are so sorry the Gel Nail Polish Remover is not working for you. Make sure you're following our YouTube tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnl0aXkMFRk incase you might be missing something. It can also depend on the thickness of your applications, if your coats are thicker this will take longer to remove. You can file a little bit more than just the shinny Top Coat at the start of your removal, just be mindful not to over file to the natural nail bed. The other option is to re-soak the lint free wipe again and leave the removal clips on for another 15mins (shown in the tutorial mentioned above).

If you're finding the Gel Nail Polish Remover not suitable for you the other option is you can try our Express Remover. This is a quicker process and only requires to be brushed on like polish and left to dry for 5-10 minutes. I have linked the YouTube tutorial with our Express Remover here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYqAUyWDr5A. Just remember to avoid getting this on your skin.
